ABOUT
Phoebe Delman L.Ac.
Phoebe began her journey to becoming an acupuncturist through her experience in the fitness industry. As a kickboxing instructor, she developed an interest in using acupuncture and bodywork to treat injuries and optimize movement. This led her to pursue and obtain her Master’s Degree in Traditional East Asian Medicine from Dongguk University.
During clinical rotations, Phoebe was trained in several classical approaches under physicians from mainland China, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. She received post-graduate education in the NADA protocol for addiction, Master Tung style acupuncture, and traditional Chinese dietetics. She has been board-licensed since 2015.
Within her private practice, Phoebe has successfully treated a wide range of conditions from musculoskeletal injuries to chronic illnesses. Her specialties include pain management, mental-emotional health, and gastrointestinal health.
To expand her practice, Phoebe opened Noa Health in 2023. She is enthusiastic about offering the community individualized solutions to unique health challenges. She invites patients to be partners in their healing and to view their well-being through a new lens.
Outside of the office, Phoebe is passionate about teaching exercise to people with Parkinson’s and other neurological disorders

Please do not be excessively hungry or overly full. Silence electronic devices for the duration of your visit. Avoid strenuous physical activity immediately following treatment.
We do not overbook. Your time is designated for you only. For that reason, no-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full price of the visit. TREATMENT PLANS & PRICING
Acupuncture treatments work cumulatively to restore health. The number of sessions needed depends on the severity and duration of the complaint as well as the patient’s constitution and lifestyle.
An initial appointment will include a detailed discussion of medical history and health goals, traditional East Asian medical diagnosis, treatment plan, and treatment.
During follow-ups, treatment techniques and recommendations will be fine-tuned based on the patient’s response to treatment.
Our needles are ultra-fine, sterile, and single-use. Most patients experience enhanced relaxation during and after treatment. Falling asleep on the treatment table is common.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an evidence-based treatment modality that is beneficial for a wide range of conditions. Since the 1970s, more than 10,000 randomized controlled trials on acupuncture have been completed. Currently utilized in 103 countries, this millenia-old technique is increasingly accepted as an effective treatment modality worldwide. Research has found that acupuncture increases blood flow, decreases inflammation and pain, as well as modulates hormone levels and brain activity. In other words, it works by stimulating the body's own healing mechanisms. For that reason, it is safe and productive for most patients. As of 2023, the World Health Organization recommends acupuncture for over 100 conditions with trials underway to test the efficacy for many more. Please contact us if you have questions about whether acupuncture is right for you.
Cupping, moxa, guasha, bodywork
These ancillary techniques may be incorporated into treatments as needed. Your practitioner will explain the appropriateness for your unique condition, what to expect when the method is applied and aftercare if any.
Supplements and Herbs
Supplements or herbs may be recommended for some conditions. We primarily use Standard Process, Integrative Therapeutics and Evergreen Herbs.
Medical Nutrition
As the ancient saying goes, “Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food.” Proper diet according to traditional East Asian medicine can alleviate gastrointestinal discomfort, increase energy, promote healthy sleep, foster ideal body weight, support fertility and bolster the immune system. Acupuncture sessions include basic nutritional guidance. In-depth diet counseling is available for those who have particularly complex health challenges or who simply desire more detailed instruction. Please speak with your practitioner about this service.
